Haskap Smoothie

A cold, delicious and nutritious smoothie perfect for the hot weather! The haskap berry gives that refreshing feeling for a healthy breakfast, take on the go, or a boosting drink after an afternoon exercise.

Makes: 1 serving
Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

80 g Frozen Haskap Berries
2 tbsp Vanilla Bean Yogurt
5 g Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Creamed Honey
1 cup Milk

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender,  puree for 1 minute or until blended.
