Haskap Sangria

Bring in the jazz with all flavour, colour and zest with a summery glass of haskap sangria. You can taste the true reflection of the prairies.

Makes: 6 servings

1 cup Haskap berries
1 Lemon, sliced
750 mL Red Wine
1/2 cup Haskap Berry Juice
2 cups Soda, Lemon-lime


  1. Add the haskap berries and lemon slices to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the red wine and haskap juice. (Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hr for better taste.)
  3. Remove from the fridge. Add the soda just before serving, then pour into glasses with ice to serve.
